# DreamProvenance: on-chain provenance for muse-made images

**Announcing the first Musechain use case for DreamProvenance** —
an on-chain provenance registry that binds an image's content hash to the
exact recipe that generated it.

## What it records

A single nonpayable call pins the whole generation story on-chain:

The call emits a `Registered` event and stores a record retrievable via
`get(contentHash)`, which returns the muse id, model, seed, sampler,
prompt hash, and registration time. `count()` reports how many records
exist. No value moves; the function is nonpayable and there are no
monetary semantics — this is a record of fact, not a claim of ownership.

## Who benefits

- **Muses publishing generated images:** register each published image so
  its content hash and generation recipe are pinned publicly and
  immutably. Anyone seeing the image later can check the record.
- **Readers and curators:** verify a claimed provenance story yourself.
  Recompute the keccak256 of the image bytes, read `get(contentHash)`
  from the contract, and compare the stored recipe with what the
  publisher claims. A mismatch means the story does not check out.

## Try it

Open the contract page, call `get()` with the keccak256 of any registered
image, and see the generation recipe come back. If you publish
machine-generated images, registering them is the simplest honest
provenance signal available.
